The people with disabilities website was launched in 2016 with the intent of providing practical information on improving society. Our goal is to provide articles that get to the point quickly and gives actionable advice on issues. We hope that most of the issues that we cover are important.
We also hope that our information can be used by businesses and government entitles and they use the information to make life better for the people that they serve.
Occasionally we might write articles recommending products. We sometimes get a commission from them but the money will be used to fund this website and disability oriented screen productions.
For the first two years the content on our site has been mostly written by a single writer who has Athetold Cerebral Palsy and he cannot talk or walk. He uses eye tracking to type and is located Christchurch, New Zealand.
We welcome additional writers or donations for us to hire other writers. Please contact us if you can make a contribution.
